About The Workshop
DESCRIPTION
In this kid-friendly workshop, you and your child will be guided step-by-step through the ice cream making process and create your own ice cream flavor. First, you will challenge your taste buds in a taste test game to see if you can guess different ice cream flavors. Then, working with your little one, you and your child will put on your chef hats and create a vanilla or chocolate-based ice cream from scratch with up to 3 add-ins. As your ice cream freezes, you will decorate your own sugar cookie. Afterwards, you will have the option to eat your sweet creation on-site or take it home to enjoy later.

FAQs
How many tickets do I need to purchase for this workshop?
This specialty workshop includes admission for 2 ice cream makers. While it is designed for one adult and one child, you may include two children on your reservation.
My child is a preteen and this workshop is recommended for children as young as 5. Will my child have a good time?
Our kids workshops are simplified so children of various ages can participate with the help of their parent/guardian. If your child is more advanced (e.g., can measure multiple ingredients, can follow along with multistep recipes, can use the stove), you can absolutely attend our standard workshop. You can check out our upcoming workshops here.
My children are different ages - some can attend the standard workshop as they are 13 and older and the others are much younger. Which workshop should we attend?
Generally we recommend attending the workshop where the youngest ice cream maker would be most comfortable. Our standard workshops are not designed for our favorite little chefs and with shorter attention spans, it can make for a not-so-sweet experience. However, you know your children best, so we will always leave it up to you to make those decisions.
