We have noticed a few issues regarding the employee timesheets and we would like to take a moment to clarify.
The time sheet should be sent with the closing report by the Instructor after each shift. Please be sure to turn the page to capture everyone's hours. A couple of team members' hours were not included in the closing report and they did not get paid for their time worked. If everyone can spend a moment to check for additional time sheet entries, we can be sure everyone is paid on time.
Team members can clock in up to five (5) minutes before their scheduled shift. Clocking in earlier will result in your time being adjusted to reflect your scheduled start time.
Team members must clock out when they have completed their tasks. Team members must clock out once they have stopped working even if they choose to wait for their transportation onsite.
