Has obtained their Managers' Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) Certification (read more)
Has shown proficiency in all instructor duties and responsibilities

Managers' Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) Certification
This free, two-hour online course is offered by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (VA ABC). You can access the course here. Once you have completed the course and passed the subsequent exam, please send your certificate to eat@sweetwynns.com. You will receive payment for the two hours once your certification is received.
Sweet Wynns Performance Evaluation Rubric
All employees will be evaluated on a 3-point scale based on the below rubric. Evaluations are conducted on an annual basis around the anniversary of the employee's hire date. When determining pay increase eligibility, evaluations will be held on a one-off basis. The final score is determined by calculating the average score across all categories. A final score of 2.0 is required to be eligible for a pay increase and/or bonus.
