DATES OF GIVEAWAY. This monthly giveaway begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (EST) on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of each month.

ELIGIBILITY. This giveaway is open to legal residents and/or visitors of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry (the "Entrant"). Void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Sweet Wynns, LLC. (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER. Entrants who register and attend an ice cream workshop at Sweet Wynns during the giveaway period and are the recipient of a survey invitation via email (the "Invitation") must visit the survey URL (the "Survey Website") found within the Invitation to complete the survey. The survey must be completed in its entirety by submitting all answers to the survey questions. Entrant will be prompted to provide their first name, last name, and email address to enter the giveaway. Upon completing the survey, click the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. The survey must be completed by the deadline for consideration.

 

There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the lifetime of this giveaway. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible.

DRAWING/ODDS. On the first day of the month, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the giveaway. By entering the giveaway, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

To be eligible to receive a prize, all Entrants must have an email address, first name, and last name on file with the Sponsor or have provided these items when prompted at the time of entry. In the event that an Entrant has an incomplete email address, first name, and/or last name, the Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.

PRIZES. Twelve (12) grand prizes will be awarded each year, each consisting of a Sweet Wynns promotional code in the amount of $55.00 (each a "Grand Prize"). One (1) winner will be selected each month at random.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Limit of one (1) prize per Entrant for the lifetime of this giveaway. Offer must be redeemed within the specified deadline and is dependent on workshop availability. The Grand Prize is ineligible for refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash, gift cards, company credit, nor is it valid on previous purchases. Grand Prize may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions.

NO LIABILITY. By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this giveaway as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this giveaway.
